1. Office Administration
☑ Office opening/closing discipline ও daily operations supervision
☑ Attendance, late, leave & overtime tracking
☑ Office supplies (stationery, pantry, cleaning, internet) management
☑ Office rent, utility bills & service vendor coordination
☑ Office asset register (furniture, laptop, equipment) maintain
2. HR Support & Payroll Preparation
☑ Employee attendance-based salary sheet preparation
☑ Leave balance, advance & deduction tracking
☑ Appointment letter, ID card, employee file maintenance
☑ Office rules, SOP & discipline implementation
☑ Internal notice, circular & memo issue
3. Daily Accounts Handling
☑ Daily cash & bank transaction entry
☑ Payment, receipt & journal voucher preparation
☑ Cash book & bank book update
☑ Purchase bill & expense verification
4. Billing, Receivable & Payable Control
☑ Client invoice preparation (project-wise)
☑ Client payment follow-up & outstanding tracking
☑ Vendor bill checking & payment scheduling
☑ Advance, retention & milestone tracking
5. Expense & Budget Control
☑ Office & project expense tracking
☑ Budget vs actual expense monitoring
☑ Unauthorized expense alert to CEO

Ideal Candidate Profile
☑ 2–4 years experience in Admin + Accounts role
☑ H.R & Admin Related Work
☑ Basic accounting knowledge (cash, bank, ledger)
☑ Good command on Excel / Google Sheet
☑ Presentable, Honest, organized & detail-oriented
☑ Able to work under pressure
