Responsibilities & Context:

1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

☑ Interior & Architecture service-এর জন্য নতুন potential clients identify করা ।

☑ Digital leads, referrals, walk-in, site visits এবং field marketing থেকে leads সংগ্রহ

☑ Corporate, residential, developer & commercial client targeting

☑ Dhaka-based high-value client database তৈরি ও maintain করা

☑ Digital Marketing Campaign Monitor

☑ Tele-Marketing Regular Data Follow-up

2. Client Communication & Follow-up

☑ Initial client call, requirement understanding & meeting scheduling

☑ Client meeting coordination (office / site / online)

☑ Proposal share করার পর নিয়মিত follow-up

☑ Client objection handling ও decision support দেওয়া

3. Proposal, Quotation & Deal Support

☑ Design & Project team থেকে input নিয়ে proposal / quotation preparation support

☑ Pricing discussion, scope clarification & revision coordination

☑ Deal closing support এবং confirmation process manage করা

4. Sales Pipeline & CRM Management

☑ Daily lead update in Google Sheet / CRM / ERP

☑ Lead status tracking: New → Meeting → Proposal → Negotiation → Closed

☑ Weekly sales pipeline report submit করা

☑ Conversion ratio ও revenue tracking

5. Market Intelligence & Networking

☑ Competitor analysis (pricing, offerings, positioning)

☑ Real estate agents, developers, brokers এর সাথে relationship build করা

☑ Corporate offices, commercial spaces, developer projects এ networking

☑ Market demand & client trend report share করা

6. Coordination with Internal Teams

☑ Architect & Design team এর সাথে client requirement clear করা

☑ Accounts & Admin এর সাথে booking, payment milestone coordination

☑ Marketing team এর সাথে campaign feedback & lead quality sharing

7. Target & Performance Ownership

☑ Monthly sales target achievement

☑ Meeting, proposal & closing KPI maintain করা

☑ Revenue growth mindset নিয়ে কাজ করা

☑ Self-driven execution without constant supervision

KPI (Performance Indicators)

☑ Monthly lead generated

☑ Client meetings conducted

☑ Proposals shared

☑ Deals closed

☑ Revenue contribution

☑ Follow-up discipline & reporting accuracy

Ideal Candidate Profile

☑ 2–3 years experience in Sales / Business Development

☑ Architecture / Interior / Real Estate / Service industry experience preferred

☑ Strong communication & negotiation skill

☑ Presentable, confident & target-oriented

☑ Google Sheet / basic CRM knowledge

☑ Premium client acquisition

☑ Revenue pipeline stabilization
