  •    IELTS 7.5+ level English communication (or equivalent)


Responsibilities & Context:

Overview

ChefOnline is a UK-based National Online Food Ordering Platform, officially recognised as a Google Partner Digital Marketing Agency, a Meta Business Partner under Agency Speciality and TikTok Business Partner. We empower restaurants and takeaways across the UK with online ordering, EPoS, and growth-focused digital marketing solutions

We are looking for a strategic, creative, and performance-driven professional to lead our digital marketing, public relations, and branding initiatives. This role combines growth-focused marketing with results-oriented sales leadership, reporting directly to the GM and CEO. 

  • Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content marketing, display advertising, etc.) for lead generation.

  • Conduct market research and manage campaign budgets

  • Oversee Paid Ads like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc., to optimize performance marketing initiatives.

  • Manage sales funnels and optimize customer journeys (B2B & B2C).Monitor and report on KPIs.

  • Develop and manage the company’s website, landing pages, and marketing automation workflows.

  • Handle CRM and marketing automation tools.

  • Develop and implement brand positioning strategies to ensure a consistent brand voice.

  • Oversee the creation of brand assets – videos, brochures, presentations, etc.

  • Collaborate across departments to unify marketing and sales efforts.
