Monitor sales targets and team performance
Develop sales strategies and growth plans
Train and motivate staff
Conduct market analysis and competitor monitoring
Prepare sales reports regularly
Visit branches and showrooms
Supervise all showroom sales activities
Ensure monthly sales target achievement
