Tele-Marketing Regular Data Follow-up
Client Communication & Follow-up
Initial client call, requirement understanding & meeting scheduling
Client meeting coordination (office / site / online)
Proposal share করার পর নিয়মিত follow-up
Client objection handling ও decision support দেওয়া
Proposal, Quotation & Deal Support
Design & Project team থেকে input নিয়ে proposal / quotation preparation support
Pricing discussion, scope clarification & revision coordination
Deal closing support এবং confirmation process manage করা
Sales Pipeline & CRM Management
Daily lead update in Google Sheet / CRM / ERP
Lead status tracking: New → Meeting → Proposal → Negotiation → Closed
Weekly sales pipeline report submit করা
Conversion ratio ও revenue tracking
Market Intelligence & Networking
Competitor analysis (pricing, offerings, positioning)
Real estate agents, developers, brokers এর সাথে relationship build করা
Corporate offices, commercial spaces, developer projects এ networking
Market demand & client trend report share করা
Coordination with Internal Teams
Architect & Design team এর সাথে client requirement clear করা
