• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

Core Responsibilities

Dhaka city জুড়ে on-ground marketing, corporate & residential touchpoints এর মাধ্যমে qualified leads generate করা এবং Idealist-এর local brand presence শক্ত করা।

Field Marketing & Lead Generation

• Corporate offices, commercial buildings, showrooms, restaurants, clinics, schools, gyms ইত্যাদিতে field visit

• Residential projects, apartment complexes, gated communities, developers’ sites এ visit

• Walk-in inquiries collect করা & initial client briefing দেওয়া

• Prospect list তৈরি ও daily lead collection

• Developers, brokers, real estate agents এর সাথে relationship build

Client Communication & Pre-Sales Support

• Interested clients এর basic requirement collect করা

• Initial qualification: budget range, timeline, location, scope

• Team এর সাথে meeting coordination

• Follow-up call support (as instructed)

• Reporting & Discipline

• Daily field visit report (location, contact, lead status)

• Weekly lead summary & conversion feedback

• CRM / Google Sheet update (daily)

Promotion & Brand Visibility

• Brochure, visiting card, standee, leaflet distribution

• Site branding support (banner, poster placement – where allowed)

• Ongoing projects এ brand visibility coordination

• Local events, property fairs, exhibitions এ marketing support

KPI (Performance Indicators)

• Daily field visits completed

• Leads generated (quantity & quality)

• Meeting conversion rate

• Area coverage consistency

• Reporting accuracy & discipline
