  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales goals

  • Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory

  • Experience in distributor management and retail market development will be an added advantage

Flora Agro and Food Beverage Limited, a new FMCG company, is looking for a vibrant, energetic, and visionary Territory Sales Manager to develop and expand our FMCG product market across the Chittagong Division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Sales Representative team within the assigned territory

  • Drive the entire sales team to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets

  • Monitor daily sales activities and ensure proper market coverage

  • Motivate, train, guide, and evaluate sales representatives for better performance

  • Develop and execute effective sales and distribution strategies

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers

  • Appoint and manage distributors/dealers in assigned territories

  • Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising in the market

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand

  • Prepare sales reports, market feedback, and performance analysis for management

  • Ensure collection, stock movement, and distributor operations are properly maintained

  • Conduct regular market visits and accompany field teams to improve execution

  • Maintain discipline, teamwork, and performance standards within the sales team
