Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Sales Representative team within the assigned territory
Drive the entire sales team to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
Monitor daily sales activities and ensure proper market coverage
Motivate, train, guide, and evaluate sales representatives for better performance
Develop and execute effective sales and distribution strategies
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers
Appoint and manage distributors/dealers in assigned territories
Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising in the market
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand
Prepare sales reports, market feedback, and performance analysis for management
Ensure collection, stock movement, and distributor operations are properly maintained
Conduct regular market visits and accompany field teams to improve execution
Maintain discipline, teamwork, and performance standards within the sales team
