Requirements

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in the EdTech sector, education industry, or field sales management.
• Proven experience managing a team of at least 5-10 people across multiple locations.
• Strong understanding of English proficiency tests including IELTS, PTE, LanguageCert, TOEFL, and DET.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the division (70%+ field presence).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Bengali and English.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic CRM tools for daily reporting.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all English Carnival operations within the assigned division, including student registrations, center activities, and team performance.
• Recruit, train, and supervise District Managers, Sales Officers, and Center Managers to ensure individual and team targets are met.
• Identify suitable locations for new centers and coordinate with central operations to ensure timely setup and launch.
• Drive student enrollment across all English proficiency tests including IELTS, PTE, LanguageCert, TOEFL, and DET, as well as skill development courses.
• Oversee daily center operations to ensure quality service delivery, student satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, colleges, and local institutions to expand English Carnival's presence in the division.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and student needs, and provide regular feedback and reports to the Director, Business Operations.
• Manage regional budget, control operational costs, and ensure all reporting and compliance requirements are met on time.
