Excellent written and spoken English - you will be messaging prospects in Australia daily. This is non-negotiable and will be tested.

Ability to speak and understand Hindi is compulsory - many of our clients communicate in Hindi.

Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager (campaign monitoring, CPL/CTR, ad set management). Advanced training will be provided.

Strong Canva design skills with a portfolio you can show us.

Creativity with an execution mentality - you do not just suggest ideas, you build them.

Self-discipline to work independently from home.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Career Bridge Solutions is an Australian education and career consultancy based in Melbourne. We help migrants and international students build their futures - and we are hiring one exceptional person in Bangladesh to run our social media presence.

This is not a typical SMM job. You will work directly with the founder, learn professional Australian sales communication, and grow with a company expanding nationally.

• Salary: Tk. 70,000-100,000/month depending on experience (base + performance bonuses on lead targets)

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Design flyers, posts, and reels (Canva) using our brand system

• Post and manage our presence across all major social media platforms - Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and any emerging channels where our audience is active

• Adapt content for each platform (reels for TikTok/Instagram, professional posts for LinkedIn, community content for Facebook)

• Monitor every like, comment, and share across all platforms - and start conversations with engaged followers via DM

• Pass warm, qualified prospects to our Australian sales team

• Monitor and manage Meta ad campaigns - with advanced training provided as you grow into the role

• Take ideas from concept to finished output - when the founder shares an idea, you own the execution: plan it, find the tools and resources, and deliver it without waiting to be handed every step

YOU MUST HAVE

• Excellent written and spoken English - you will be messaging prospects in Australia daily; this is non-negotiable and will be tested

• Ability to speak and understand Hindi - many of our clients communicate in Hindi; this is compulsory

• Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager (campaign monitoring, basic metrics like CPL/CTR, ad set management) - further advanced training will be provided for your career advancement

• Creativity with an execution mentality - you do not just suggest ideas, you build them; you proactively find resources, tools, and solutions instead of waiting for instructions

• Strong Canva design skills with a portfolio

• 2+ years managing social media pages across multiple platforms (agency or foreign-client experience preferred) - BUT this is not mandatory. If you do not have 2 years of experience but believe you are creative, hardworking, and can convince us why you are better than an experienced candidate - you are more than welcome, and you will be in our highest priority shortlist. Hard work and discipline can beat years of experience.
