Responsibilities & Context:

1. Develop, execute, and optimize data-driven digital marketing strategies to strengthen brand awareness and achieve business growth.

2. Plan, manage, and scale high-performing advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, TikTok, and other relevant digital platforms.

3. Generate qualified leads through strategic campaign planning, audience targeting, remarketing, and conversion optimization.

4. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze campaign performance, and implement data-driven improvements to maximize ROI.

5. Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives, promotional content, landing pages, and marketing assets.

6. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer behavior analysis to identify new growth opportunities.

7. Optimize marketing funnels and customer acquisition strategies to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

8. Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
