Responsibilities & Context:

  • Communicate professionally with clients via phone calls, WhatsApp, and other online platforms

  • Analyze client profiles and perform accurate CV matching based on client preferences and compatibility analysis

  • Maintain polite, patient, and professional behavior while dealing with VIP and premium clients

  • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable matches accordingly

  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently and promptly

  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure service quality and client satisfaction

  • Maintain and update client database accurately, securely, and ensure confidentiality of client information
