Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities
Promote the company's software (School ERP and LMS) solutions through online platforms.
Generate leads and communicate with schools, colleges, universities, and other educational institutions.
Conduct online product demonstrations and presentations.
Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Achieve assigned sales targets.
Customer Communication
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Coordinate with the technical team for product demonstrations and customer support.
Product Knowledge
Develop a good understanding of:
School Management Software (ERP)
Learning Management System (LMS)
Online Examination System
Explain software features and benefits to prospective clients.
Reporting & Administration
Develop a good understanding of:Maintain customer and lead records in CRM or Excel.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and meeting reports.
Coordinate with management regarding sales progress and market feedback.
