Experience or clear understanding of software marketing concepts.
Fast learning ability to quickly understand new software products and features.
Capability of setting clear targets and consistently working towards achieving them.
Responsibilities & Context:
Support Product Marketing Activities:
Assist in promoting company software solutions (e.g., LMS, Payroll, Automation tools) to prospective clients.
Help create product brochures, presentations, and other sales materials.
Support outreach activities through emails, calls, and social media.
Client Communication Support:
Assist in responding to client queries and scheduling product demonstrations.
Help prepare and follow up on marketing proposals and quotations.
Demo and Event Support:
Coordinate logistics for product demos, client meetings, and promotional events.
Collaboration with Sales & Technical Teams:
Work closely with developers and sales teams to align marketing messages with product capabilities.
Gather client feedback for improving communication and user experience.
Learning & Development:
Continuously learn about the company`s software products and emerging technologies.
