Responsibilities & Context:
• Prepare effective sales plans with deadline.
• Address client’s inquiries and concern with professionalism and confidence.
• Provide exact information to clients (accurate project details, pricing, floor plans, amenities, payment options etc).
• Lead client efficiently & effectively to achieve sales target.
• Maintain relationship with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Generate leads through contacting potential & existing clients virtually & physically.
• Follow up on the given leads of the clients & bring results.
• Build and maintain long term relationship with prospective & existing clients.
• Active participation with the sales & marketing team and support them.
