Sylhet Office : 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Customer Support:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat promptly and professionally.
Provide guidance to users on how to use Bibahabd.com services effectively.
Resolve customer complaints and issues with a positive and solutions-driven approach.
User Onboarding:
Assist new users in creating profiles, uploading documents, and understanding the platform`s features.
Educate users on subscription plans, payment processes, and benefits of premium services.
Problem Resolution:
Identify customer pain points and provide effective solutions to ensure a seamless user experience.
Collaborate with technical teams to resolve system-related issues raised by users.
Follow-ups & Feedback:
Conduct follow-up calls/emails to ensure customer issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
Gather feedback from users to identify areas for service improvement.
Data Maintenance:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, queries, and feedback in the company database.
Generate reports on customer service performance and suggest improvements.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align customer service strategies with business objectives.
Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams to escalate critical issues.
