    Khilgaon
    , Bashabo, Mugda, Aftab Nagar, Banasree,
    Rampura, Badda, Demra

  • SYLHET OFFICE : City Corporation Area (Preferred -Shahjalal Uposhahar )

Duty Time:

  • ( Dhaka Office )Male: Roster [9:00 AM - 6:00 PM] , [1:00 PM - 9:30 PM], Female: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

  • Sylhet Office : 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Customer Support:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat promptly and professionally.

  • Provide guidance to users on how to use Bibahabd.com services effectively.

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with a positive and solutions-driven approach.

User Onboarding:

  • Assist new users in creating profiles, uploading documents, and understanding the platform`s features.

  • Educate users on subscription plans, payment processes, and benefits of premium services.

Problem Resolution:

  • Identify customer pain points and provide effective solutions to ensure a seamless user experience.

  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve system-related issues raised by users.

Follow-ups & Feedback:

  • Conduct follow-up calls/emails to ensure customer issues are resolved to their satisfaction.

  • Gather feedback from users to identify areas for service improvement.

Data Maintenance:

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, queries, and feedback in the company database.

  • Generate reports on customer service performance and suggest improvements.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align customer service strategies with business objectives.

  • Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams to escalate critical issues.
