Responsibilities & Context:
• Generate sales leads for real estate projects
• Communicate with potential clients and arrange meetings/site visits
• Follow up with interested buyers and maintain client relationships
• Achieve monthly sales targets through direct and online marketing
• Promote company projects through field marketing
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for campaign execution
• Maintain proper client database and sales reports
• Strong communication and negotiation skills are highly preferred
Job Other Benifits:
Incentive Benefit Per Sale: 30K – 50K
