Executive

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in Vendor Management, ISP/IIG/Telecommunication operations, Client Coordination, or related fields

Senior Executive

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in Vendor Management, ISP/IIG/Telecommunication operations, Stakeholder Coordination, or related fields

  • Experience in vendor handling, negotiation, and operational coordination will be highly preferred

  • Technical & Professional Skills:

  • Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills

  • Good understanding of vendor management and stakeholder communication

  • Ability to handle professional discussions and operational coordination effectively

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and reporting

  • Strong documentation and reporting capability

  • Basic understanding of ISP/IIG/Telecommunication operations will be considered an advantage

Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary

Triangle Services Ltd. is looking for a dynamic, proactive, and professionally skilled individual for the position of Executive / Senior Executive – Vendor Management. The role will be responsible for managing coordination and communication with external vendors and stakeholders, ensuring smooth operational support, maintaining strong professional relationships, and supporting negotiation and vendor management activities.

The position requires strong coordination capability, negotiation skills, operational understanding, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively. The candidate will work closely with internal departments and external vendors to ensure service quality, operational efficiency, and business continuity.


Key Responsibilities

Vendor Coordination & Relationship Management

  • Maintain regular communication and coordination with vendors, partners, and external stakeholders

  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with vendors to ensure smooth operational support

  • Coordinate vendor-related operational activities and ensure timely follow-up

  • Maintain updated vendor records, agreements, and communication documentation

Negotiation & Vendor Management

  • Support and participate in vendor negotiations regarding pricing, service quality, operational terms, and timelines

  • Identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiency

  • Assist management in vendor-related discussions and strategic coordination

  • Ensure vendor performance aligns with organizational expectations and service standards

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Coordinate with Sales, NOC, Accounts, Client Service, and other internal departments for smooth operational execution

  • Ensure effective communication between internal teams and external vendors

  • Follow up on operational issues and coordinate timely resolution

Service Quality & Operational Support

  • Monitor vendor service quality and identify operational gaps

  • Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve vendor-related service issues

  • Support service continuity by ensuring proper operational alignment and follow-up

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare operational reports, vendor performance updates, and coordination summaries

  • Maintain proper documentation of vendor communications, operational activities, pricing discussions, and agreements

  • Provide operational insights and updates to management as required

Process Improvement & Operational Efficiency

  • Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements

  • Support implementation of improved coordination and vendor management processes

  • Contribute to operational planning and continuous improvement initiatives
