Responsibilities & Context: Position Overview
LEO Pump Bangladesh Ltd is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Sales Manager to lead and manage project sales activities in the Commercial & Industrial segment. The role involves overseeing the full sales cycle, ensuring technical and commercial alignment with client needs, and driving profitability through strategic bidding, customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership Manage the entire project sales process from lead identification, proposal preparation, and quotation issuance to final handover. Ensure pump set selections meet client applications and company commercial targets.
- Bidding & Profitability Conduct pre-quotation evaluations on hit rates and profit margins. Initiate proactive internal discussions to maximize profitability through cross-selling and up-selling strategies.
- Customer Engagement Clarify quotations with customers, validate calculations, and assess risks to ensure transparency and accuracy.
- Compliance & Documentation Secure proper sign-offs for proposals in line with company policies and legal requirements. Implement effective document management systems and ensure smooth project handovers.
- Collaboration & Process Development Work closely with global SD, Project Sales Workstream, and regional sales teams to refine and optimize core business processes for project sales.
- Additional Assignments Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager to support overall business objectives.
