We are looking for a dynamic, target-oriented, and experienced Business Development Manager to expand our software and training business across Bangladesh.

Educational Qualification

* BBA in Marketing from a reputed university

Experience Requirements

* Minimum 3 years of experience in similar software, SaaS, training, ERP, or service-based business development

* Experience in corporate sales, client acquisition, lead generation, and relationship management will be preferred

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement sales and business growth strategies

* Generate new leads and manage client relationships

* Promote software and training services to corporate and institutional clients

* Coordinate with marketing and support teams

* Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets

* Prepare business reports and market analysis

Required Skills

* Strong communication and presentation skills

* Good negotiation and client handling ability

* Knowledge of digital marketing and online sales platforms

* Ability to work independently and lead business initiatives
