Job Context: P.T. Consumer Products Industries is hiring an experienced and detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage sales data, prepare MIS reports, analyze business performance, and support management decision-making through accurate reporting and data insights.

Candidates having knowledge of Agentic AI, AI automation, and AI-powered reporting tools will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, verify, and analyze secondary sales, dealer stock, depot stock, and sales performance data.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, KPI reports, and sales performance analysis.

• Develop and maintain dashboards using Advanced Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.

• Handle large datasets using Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query, and reporting tools.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity in all reports.

• Use AI tools, automation, VBA, Apps Script, or similar tools to improve reporting efficiency.

• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Management teams for reporting requirements.

• Perform any other tasks assigned by senior management.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel, Pivot Table, Power Query, Charts, Data Validation, and Conditional Formatting.

• Experience in Google Sheets, MS Office, Power BI, or similar BI tools.

• Knowledge of SQL/MySQL/SQL Server will be an added advantage.

• Knowledge of VBA, Apps Script, AI tools, and Agentic AI will be given preference.
