• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

• Previous experience is a must

• Proficiency with digital tools such as Monday.com, Arthur CRM, Zoom, Gmail, and WhatsApp

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an international team

• Reliable internet connection and a suitable home working environment

Location: Bangladesh (Hybrid – Remote & Office)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (BD Time) with flexibility for occasional shift patterns
Salary: Up to BDT 40,000 per month (with usual benefits)

We are a group of companies focused within property and digital services with a growing portfolio and an expanding operations team. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Finance & Accounts Personnel based in Dhaka, Bangladesh to support our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records

• Prepare and manage invoicing and payment tracking

• Generate regular financial reports and summaries

• Monitor expenses, cash flow, and financial performance

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

• Ensure financial data accuracy and compliance with internal processes

Requirements

• Experience with Xero or similar accounting software (preferred)

• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, invoicing, reporting, and budgeting

• Good analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Comfortable working in a hybrid setup (remote & office)

• Based in Dhaka and available to work UK-aligned operations
