As part of our expansion, we are seeking a proactive and commercially driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead business growth, manage client relationships, and drive revenue generation.
Location: Bangladesh (Hybrid – Remote & Office)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (BD Time)
Salary: Up to BDT 35,000 per month (with standard benefits)
Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities and markets
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through strategic outreach and networking
Lead end-to-end client acquisition activities, from lead generation to deal closure
Build long-term relationships with clients and act as the primary point of contact
Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions aligned with company services
Negotiate commercial terms and support contract finalisation
Manage and monitor the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting
Prepare proposals, presentations, and pricing in collaboration with internal teams
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular sales performance reports
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities
Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and delivery teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
Provide feedback to internal teams to improve service offerings and sales processes
