  • Ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast-paced environment

  • Comfortable working in a hybrid setup (remote and office-based)

  • Based in Bangladesh and available to work UK-aligned operational hours

About Us

We are a growing group of companies operating across property and digital services, serving both local and international clients. As part of our expansion, we are seeking a proactive and commercially driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead business growth, manage client relationships, and drive revenue generation.

Location: Bangladesh (Hybrid – Remote & Office)


Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (BD Time)


Salary: Up to BDT 35,000 per month (with standard benefits)

Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Strategy

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets

  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities and markets

  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through strategic outreach and networking

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Lead end-to-end client acquisition activities, from lead generation to deal closure

  • Build long-term relationships with clients and act as the primary point of contact

  • Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions aligned with company services

  • Negotiate commercial terms and support contract finalisation

Sales & Pipeline Management

  • Manage and monitor the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting

  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and pricing in collaboration with internal teams

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular sales performance reports

Market Research & Collaboration

  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities

  • Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and delivery teams to ensure smooth client onboarding

Provide feedback to internal teams to improve service offerings and sales processes
