To Control and look after overall Production, Operation of the assembly line.

Supervising and Monitoring assembly line.

Cost cutting, Define, develop and monitor the implementation of production plans.

Training for production staff and operator on an ongoing basis.

Evaluates, implements, and monitors quality procedures and operating systems including operator training requirements.

Establish and implement Quality systems (work instructions, boundary samples, data/changelogs, etc.) required to achieve zero-defect (single-digit PPM) quality performance.

Provides ongoing product and process improvements to meet Quality, CI, and production goals.

Provides "on the floor" technical and quality support as required for critical process/product issues.

Maintain appropriate stock of Raw Materials, Work In Progress and Finished Goods

Must have basic idea on process and recipe in case of formulating and introducing new products.

Assess actual requirement of the manpower and source the right people for right place.

Very good knowledge about 6S
