Following and enforcing the company's policies and procedures.

Should have experience as Factory Head / Chairman / MD in any group of companies. Soft in behavior, Honest, punctual, sincere, smart and able to work with minimum or no supervision.

Responsible for Organizational skills, assertiveness, interpersonal & communicating skills, multitasking skills.

Responsible for Contacting with concern stakeholders/communications on behalf of Company through email, phone call and other social media.

Communicate with concerned Govt. and non-Govt. organizations for any Company development and supply-chain purpose.

Communicate with concerned Overseas company or person for any Company development and supply-chain purpose.

Lead the working team to manage and inspire employees to achieve production targets.

Address and resolve workplace conflicts and grievances in accordance with company policies and labor laws.

Drive performance management initiatives to enhance employee productivity and job satisfaction.

Any other task given by the higher authority.
