Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Mid-Level UI/UX Designer to join our growing design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in user-centered design, combined with hands-on experience in graphic design, responsive web design, and mobile application design. You will be responsible for translating business requirements and user needs into visually compelling, intuitive, and functional digital experiences across multiple platforms.

This role requires a balance of creativity, usability thinking, and practical execution, working closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

UI/UX Design

• Design user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications following UX best practices.

• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.

• Conduct basic UX research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on feedback.

• Ensure consistency across products by following design systems and brand guidelines.

Graphic Design

• Produce visual assets including banners, icons, illustrations, landing page graphics, and marketing creatives.

• Support branding initiatives by maintaining visual consistency across digital touchpoints.

• Prepare design assets optimized for web and app performance.

Web & App Design

• Design responsive web interfaces compatible across devices and screen sizes.

• Design mobile app interfaces for iOS and Android platforms.

• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

• Provide clear design specifications, assets, and interaction guidelines for development handoff.

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements.

• Participate in design reviews and present design concepts clearly and professionally.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Required Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional experience in UI/UX and graphic design.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX, web, mobile app, and graphic design work.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).

• Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, accessibility, and interaction design.

• Experience designing responsive websites and mobile applications.

• Strong visual design skills (typography, color theory, layout, spacing).

• Basic understanding of front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS) is a plus.

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience with design systems and component libraries.

• Familiarity with animation and micro-interactions.

• Knowledge of usability testing tools and methodologies.

• Experience working in Agile or product-based environments.

• Canva, After Effects, or motion design experience is a plus.
