Akij Flour Mills Ltd. (AFML) is a leading flour mill in Bangladesh, providing high-quality flour products to customers since its inception in 2016. Now, we are seeking a dynamic & energetic person to join us as “Assistant Officer (IT)”.

Job Location: Factory (Narayangonj - Bondor)

The candidate has to perform following responsibilities:

• LAN/ WAN equipment's like Router, Switch and Server for proper Installation, Maintenance & Troubleshooting.
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
• Company user's mail configuration in Microsoft outlook, Mobile device, TAB, web mail etc.
• Work with ERP systems users and management to determine appropriate system configuration and setup.
• Establish and maintain backup and data recovery policies and procedures with Maintenance
• Monitoring and ensure day to day IT operation is running smoothly.
• Take care of all the administration of IT devices & infrastructure.
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
• Any other IT related works of the organization.
