Responsibilities & Context:
To Control and look after overall Production, Operation of the assembly line.
Supervising and Monitoring assembly line.
Utilize research on consumer needs and market trends to develop innovative product ideas and create detailed design specifications.
Fabricate prototypes, run simulations, and conduct rigorous testing to validate functionality, durability, and performance.
Use CAD software and engineering principles to analyze product design, improve existing products, and troubleshoot issues.
Collaborate with production teams to ensure, and optimize, the manufacturability, cost-efficiency, and quality of the final product.
Maintain detailed records of project plans, design specifications, and test results, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Identify potential technical and production risks early in the development process and develop mitigation strategies.
Training for production staff and operator on an ongoing basis.
Must have basic idea on process and recipe in case of formulating and introducing new products.
Very good knowledge about 6S
