Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise and manage nationwide sales operations
Set and ensure achievement of sales targets
Recruit and develop new dealers and depots
Lead the appointment of dealers and depots at the thana and district levels
Maintain close coordination with Sales Representatives (SR), Area Sales Managers (ASM), and distributors
Ensure proper route planning, market coverage, and product availability
Analyze market conditions and develop strategies to increase sales
Prepare and evaluate sales reports regularly
Train and assess the performance of the field sales team
Handle customer feedback and lead resolution of market issues
