Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To carry out Paint/Chemical testing work, ensuring the quality of test projects
∎ Develop and formulate new paint products based on customer requirements, industry trends, and Decorative and regulatory standards.
∎ Stay informed about relevant regulations and standards governing the paint industry.
∎ Collaborate with production teams to optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and environmental sustainability.
∎ Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in paint chemistry.
∎ Manage and maintain the paint laboratory, including equipment calibration, inventory management, and safety protocols.
∎ Train and supervise laboratory staff in conducting tests and experiments.
∎ Implement and manage quality control processes to ensure the consistency and quality of paint products.
∎ Perform routine testing and analysis of raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods to meet regulatory and internal standards.
∎ Ensure adherence to environmental and safety regulations in the development and production of Chemical and paint products.
∎ Ensure that all formulated products comply with local, national, and international regulatory requirements.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the production of paint products.
∎ Provide technical support to various departments, including sales, marketing, and customer service, by addressing inquiries related to product performance, application, and troubleshooting.
∎ Contribute to research projects aimed at developing innovative and sustainable paint solutions.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, research and development, marketing, and sales, to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
∎ Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in product quality, processes, and efficiency.
∎ Recommend and implement changes to enhance overall performance and competitiveness in the market.
∎ Implement and promote best practices for environmental sustainability within the laboratory and manufacturing processes.
