• 2 to 6 years experience in toiletries/Personal Care/ Chemical Industries
• Experience in toiletries formulation and production will get Priority.
• Strong knowledge of toiletries ingredients, stability testing, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to troubleshoot formulation and production challenges.    
• Familiarity with toiletries industry lab equipment and sound knowledge of testing methods.    
• Passion for innovation and a strong understanding of consumer toiletries products .

Job Context    

We are expanding our toiletries production unit and seeking an experienced toiletries Production Chemist to oversee the formulation, quality control, and production processes for our Toiletries brands. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing innovative, high-performance products while ensuring they meet industry standards, safety regulations, and customer expectations. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment focused on toiletries industry. 

Job Responsibilities 

• Production & Quality Control    Test the purity & quality of incoming raw materials    

• Conduct pH balancing, viscosity and texture adjustments to maintain the right feel and consistency .    

• Oversee the batch production process, ensuring formulations are consistent from lab-scale to mass production.   

•  Maintain batch records, raw material logs, and production documentation for compliance and traceability.    

• Conduct quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) checks at different production stages to ensure uniformity.    

• Troubleshoot formulation or production issues, such as texture changes, separation, or instability.    

• Work closely with the manufacturing team to optimize production efficiency while maintaining quality. Safety, Compliance & Regulatory Affairs    

• Ensure all products meet Bangladesh toiletries regulatory requirements and international standards such as ISO, GMP, and BPOM.    

• Conduct microbial and stability testing to ensure long-term product safety.    

• Keep up to date with global toiletries regulations, ingredient restrictions, and labeling requirements.
