Job Responsibilities:
∎ Day to day operation of ETP, WTP & Hydrogen Peroxide as per SOP & the standard parameters prescribed by the environment ministry.
∎ Development of mathematical models for Hydrogen Peroxide chemical production processes.
∎ Developing, improving and customizing products, equipment's, formulas processes and analytical methods.
∎ Introducing heat, light, energy and chemical catalysts to chemical substances to induce reactions.
∎ Maintaining laboratory instruments, troubleshooting, malfunctions and purchasing new laboratory supplies.
∎ Executing and ensuring compliance with laboratory safely procedures and standards.
∎ Implement 2-Ethylanthraquinone (2-EAQ) process for the production of hydrogen peroxide.
∎ Perform ZDHC.
∎ Ensure the quality of control as on buyer's requirement.
∎ To use chromatography, spectroscopy and spectroscopy and spectrophotometry.
∎ Collaboration with the head of Mechanical/Project Manager/Production GM about your analytical report of every downtime of each chemistry failure & remedies and submit it to the management to take necessary steps.
∎ To work for wastage minimization and quality improvement.
∎ Any other assignment set by the management time to time.
