Position Summary:

The CEO/ED will provide strategic leadership and direction to the organization, driving growth and profitability while ensuring the company meets its mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Develop and implement long-term strategies to achieve growth and sustainability goals. Identify new market opportunities and drive innovation in product development.

• Monitor industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.  

• Overall Operation Strategy, Project Controls & planning, Project Feasibility, Cost Control, Budgeting, Monitoring, P&L, engineering, procurement, construction, startup of projects assigned.   

• Execution of projects, Projects monitoring Engineering, contracts, Tendering, procurement, planning & budgeting, cost monitoring, product quality, safety, estimation, etc.

• Support in successful delivery on time and within cost.        

• Profile includes business development, tendering, execution of project within time and contractual parameters, closing contract, team building, customer relationship, etc·
