Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor CCTV
∎ Capable of setting CCTV operation and maintenance
∎ Analyse Videos when any incidents happen
∎ Provide IT supports to user end for their desktops, laptops, wireless routers, scanners, IP camera, PABX, printers, and other IT assets as per company IT policy
∎ Monitor activities captured on cameras and inform the authorities in case any suspicious activity is observed.
∎ Record all incidents in register book
∎ Prepare monthly report of all incidents and send it to concern authority
∎ Work closely with the other team members with a positive team player attitude.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Sheets.
