Responsibilities & Context:

A project under the Department of Roads and Highways of the Government of Bangladesh: Bangladesh Road Safety Project (BRSP) is being implemented by a Reputed Organization in a joint effort. Job Responsibilities:

  • Receive and record emergency calls in a timely and professional manner.

  • Follow approved call handling, triage, escalation, and dispatch instructions under supervisor guidance.

  • Capture incident location and essential case details accurately in the digital system.

  • Coordinate with relevant teams to support timely response activation during rotating shift operations.

  • Maintain calm, professionalism, and service discipline in high-pressure situations.
