Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Call Center Officer who is proficient in Bangla Typing to join our team. Unlike traditional CRM roles, this position specifically focuses on phone-based communication and client handling.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to resolve client queries.

  • Provide excellent client service and maintain strong customer relationships via phone.

  • Perform accurate and fast Bangla and English typing as required during or after calls.

  • Maintain call logs and client information using Microsoft Excel.

  • Ensure effective client handling through clear and empathetic communication.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).

Experience Requirements

  • Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage.

Additional Requirements

  • Language Proficiency: Must be an expert in Bangla Typing and have good command over English typing.

  • Technical Skills: Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel.

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to handle clients over the phone effectively.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
