কল সেন্টার এক্সিকিউটিভ হিসেবে দায়িত্বসমূহ:
• দেশের বিভিন্ন প্রান্ত থেকে ফোনে যোগাযোগ করা রোগীদের সাথে ভদ্র ও সৌজন্যমূলকভাবে কথা বলা
• রোগীদের প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য প্রদান এবং ডাক্তারদের সাথে যোগাযোগে সহায়তা করা
• কল সংক্রান্ত প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য সংরক্ষণ ও ফলো-আপ করা
