Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidates have to make outbound calls to the US to sell our products or services.
∎ Generate new sales or subscriptions to the different services offered.
∎ Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
∎ The required agent will work the NIGHT SHIFT (7:00 PM-6:00 AM) from the office.
∎ The candidates must be fluent in English.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 25000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Performance bonus
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Loan or advance salary assistance to cover unexpected expenses for the employees after 3 months of employment.
∎ Tuition fees assistance after 6 months of employment for the employees who are currently studying and doing this job.
∎ Health insurance for the employees after 1 year of employment.
∎ Free dinner for the employees after 3 months of employment.
∎ Attendance Bonus of 1000 BDT per month from the 2nd month of Employment.
∎ First Increment after 6 months of employment, and then every year.
∎ Festival Bonus (2) after 1 year of employment.
∎ Year-End Bonus for the employees who perform their job straight a year.
∎ KPI/ Sales Bonus from the very beginning of the employment. (Generally, you can earn 5-10k extra on top of your salary every month if you hit the sales target)
