Responsibilities & Context:
  • In order to sell our support and services, candidates must handle incoming and outgoing cell phone calls to our clients who are interested in studying abroad.

  • Listen carefully to students’ inquiries and ask relevant questions to understand their study abroad requirements. Provide accurate and detailed information about study abroad programs, admission processes, and available services.

  • Promote and sell the company’s study abroad support and services to potential clients.

  • Assist students in opening files and initiating their study abroad application process.

  • Maintain proper call records and update the CRM/database with relevant client information.

  • Follow up with prospective students regularly to ensure progress and maintain client engagement.

  • Provide personalized solutions to meet each student’s expectations according to company guidelines.

  • Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a professional, positive attitude during all communications. Work closely with the counseling/admissions team to ensure smooth case handling and client satisfaction.

  • Office Time: Timing 10am to 8pm

    Salary Basic 6,000 Tk +Commission
