Responsibilities & Context:
RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle inbound & outbound calls professionally.
Provide product information and support.
Answer customer queries and solve issues.
Maintain call logs and follow up as required.
Achieve daily and monthly Targets.
REQUIREMENTS
HSC or Bachelor's in any discipline
Good communication skills in English & Bangla
Basic computer knowledge
Pleasant voice & good listening skills
Previous call center experience is preferred
