Job Context:
∎ The position of Business Operations Officer demands someone who would be good at formal documents drafting, filling-in different forms with accuracy, store data and update them time-to-time according to the operations` work flow, use team management software to maintain top-notch coordination with the team. The candidate would be efficient in verbal and non-verbal communication. Ability to speak and communicate in English with fluency is highly desired.
∎ Working hours: Saturday to Thursday 9.30 am - 6.30 pm (With 1-hour lunch break)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Be the main point of communication between VISAThing and the users of our services.
∎ Build and maintain rapport with the service users and associated parties
∎ Administer and execute operational activities like- conducting information sessions, document screening, preparing necessary documents drafts, fill out forms and maintain files & records.
∎ Staying well updated about recent updates and changes regarding global travel scenario, immigration guidelines, visa jurisdictions etc.
∎ Synchronize client's data & other information with back office.
∎ Being punctual, sincere and responsible in order to deliver top-notch services.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 1-2 year(s) in relevant field
∎ Microsoft applications,
∎ Google Applications,
∎ Good communication skills in English,
∎ Able to act as a responsible team player. Additional Requirements
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Must have excellent communication skills.
∎ Need to have the ability to work with a team in a friendly environment & show diplomatic attitude towards all to be equal & even. Candidate has to have swift & Smart adaptive capability.
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
