Now we are expanding our team and are welcoming an ambitious hard-working, self-motivated carrier-oriented individual with good command of English for our organization.
∎ Working hours: Saturday to Thursday 9.30 am - 6.30 pm (With 1-hour lunch break)
∎ Full Time (6 Days a week)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Data Research and Entry via creating and updating Spreadsheets to keep track of daily research
∎ Contacting foreign educational institutes and businesses for affiliation
∎ Assisting and managing client documents, letters, and applications
∎ Supervising the data of all registered students and their visa status etc.
∎ Manage meetings with foreign institution's recruitment managers
∎ Organizing marketing activities for promoting the company
∎ Attending the university training & workshops
∎ Coordinate with external students & partners
∎ Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
∎ Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
∎ Develop and carry out efficient documentation and filing systems
∎ Manage schedules and deadlines
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
