Job Responsibilities:
∎ An office coordinator oversees the office environment, manages office tasks and communications, and assists upper management with key functions.
∎ A typical day might involve handling incoming and outgoing emails, as well as scheduling meetings, travel, and appointments and coordinating meetings, following office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
∎ Coordinate CEO, Director Works, and dispatch information when needed
∎ Maintaining files and records with effective filing systems, supporting other teams with various administrative tasks, follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
∎ Maintain files and records with effective filing systems, Support other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings etc.)
∎ Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office, Monitor office expenditures and handle all office contracts (rent, service etc.) Deal with customer complaints or issues
∎ Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders, Assist in vendor relationship management
∎ Working knowledge of office equipment (e.g. optical scanner), excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, Reliable with patience and -professionalism greeting customers and visitors to the office, ensuring guests are comfortable and are connected with the right office personnel
∎ Managing schedules for conference and community spaces, Monitoring and ordering inventory for office and break room supplies, Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, faxes, mail and packages
∎ Filing and organizing records, invoices and other important documentation, Submitting work orders and scheduling repairs for general office space and equipment, Ordering repairs for office equipment and maintenance, connecting with and escorting vendors
∎ Any other related job that may assigned by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 48 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
