∎ Must have advanced understanding of the warehousing and inventory management best practices.
∎ MUST have at least 3 years of progressive experience in spare parts store and logistics in warehousing and material storage.
∎ Excellent knowledge of warehousing and inventory procedures.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee daily inventory movement of materials, ensuring accurate reporting of inventories.
∎ Conduct proper receiving and dispatching in compliance with defined SOPs, maintaining on-time GRN.
∎ Monitor and control inventory movement physically, within the system, and in documentation, ensuring zero variances at all times.
∎ Implement and maintain accurate warehousing practices, including SKU sorting, classification, coding, palletization, proper placement in specified bins, optimal warehouse capacity utilization, and adherence to temperature and storage conditions.
∎ Ensure the deployment of warehousing tools aligns with safety and quality standards.
∎ Ensure product cards are consistently updated and correctly placed on the respective pallets and bins within the warehouse, linking them to inventory records in the system and reports.
∎ Facilitate timely and accurate coordination of receiving, dispatching, and transfers with internal cross-functional departments to avoid delays.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define fast-moving items, slow-moving items, consumables, and set minimum and maximum stock levels using ABC analysis.
∎ Maintain stock levels within specified minimum and maximum thresholds.
∎ Ensure the implementation of FIFO methodology, providing weekly reports on stock expiration and aging days.
∎ Coordinate timely receipt of POs, ensuring necessary internal approvals (e.g., production, quality control, maintenance) are obtained without delays, in line with defined KPIs.
∎ Oversee the receipt of damaged or broken spare parts before issuing replacements to internal departments (e.g., production, maintenance, workshop).
∎ Reconcile used spare parts between the scrap warehouse and the spare parts warehouse, periodically reporting variances by allocated end-user departments.
∎ Restrict warehouse access to authorized personnel only and ensure the safety of all individuals within the warehouse premises.
∎ Identify and flag abnormalities during stock receiving or withdrawals (e.g., unusual consumption) for timely resolution and escalation where necessary.
