Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Manage documentation and secure approvals for electricity connections from the (PDB)
∎ • Obtain necessary clearances from WASA for water line installations and deep tube wells.
∎ • Coordinate with City Corporation authorities on project-related matters, including documentation and approvals.
∎ • Liaise with the Fire Service authorities to ensure safety compliance and acquire required NOCs.
∎ • Secure necessary permits and NOCs from DC Traffic and other governmental bodies to facilitate smooth project operations.
∎ • Arrange and conduct meetings with local authorities to ensure timely permissions and approvals.
∎ • Oversee project logistics, including vehicle renewals, insurance claims for accidents, gas supply arrangements, rental agreements, and office space payments.
∎ • Manage utility operations, such as housing society fees, telephone and telecommunication (T&T) services, and related matters.
∎ • Collaborate with landowners to resolve issues concerning utilities and holding taxes.
∎ • Act as the primary liaison between the company and local or regional authorities for project approvals, updates, and compliance
