Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan and conduct the overall administration management of Doreen
∎ Ensure proper coordination and facilitation of administrative operations in Doreen including legal, compliance, code of conduct, grievance handling & general administration
∎ Implement administration policies, regulations, rules & norms and make sure that the environment of the company is safe for employers, employees and visitors
∎ Supervise internal and foreign tours of management; employees and foreign delegates and also arrange necessary visa, ticketing, airport protocol, travel & accommodation etc.
∎ Ensure the arrangement of work permit, security clearance, visa and other related permission for the foreign employees and their accommodation
