∎ Leave Management: Oversee and manage the employee leave process, ensuring accurate tracking and compliance with company policies.
∎ Canteen Management: Supervise the canteen services to ensure hygienic and efficient operations.
∎ Staff Management: Coordinate and manage the duties of office staff.
∎ Housekeeping Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of office premises.
∎ Security Management: Oversee security protocols to safeguard company assets and ensure a safe working environment.
∎ Bill Management: Manage and process company bills, ensuring timely payments and accurate record-keeping.
∎ Fire Safety: Implement and maintain fire safety measures and protocols.
∎ Electricity and Electronics Equipment Management: Oversee the maintenance and proper functioning of electrical and electronic equipment.
∎ Generator Management: Ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of office generators.
∎ Stationery, Fuel, and First Aid Management: Manage the inventory of stationery, fuel, and first aid supplies.
∎ First Aid and Equipment Procurement: Oversee the procurement of first aid supplies and other necessary equipment for official use.
∎ Additional Responsibilities: Perform any other related responsibilities as assigned by the authority.
∎ Job Summary:
∎ The HR & Admin Officer is responsible for overseeing and managing various administrative and HR-related functions to ensure the smooth operation of the company. This role involves handling leave management, canteen services, housekeeping, security, and other essential administrative tasks. The HR & Admin Officer will also be responsible for managing bills, fire safety protocols, and the maintenance of electricity and electronic equipment.
