Education:
∎ The incumbent must have a Master’s Degree in any Discipline from any recognized institute with a Diploma/ Training on Human Resource Management.

∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Experience of working in any Food Processing Industry will be an added advantage.
∎ He must have leadership qualities, initiative, drive, self-motivation and capabilities to properly supervise activities of employees working under him.
∎ He must have good command over both Bangla and English.
∎ Computer literacy is essential.
∎ Must stay near factory and willing to work on alternative Shifts.
∎ Relaxation may be made in an exceptionally suitable case.
∎

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To prepare regular Attendance Report of Officers, Staffs as well as Wage Earners and submit to the HOD.
∎ Establish and maintain the Safety & Sanitization system in the factory premises according to the FSSC 22000.
∎ Ensure proper implementation of Dress Code of the factory.
∎ To ensure effectiveness of Fire Fighting Equipment’s of the factory.
∎ Execution of administrative matters as directed by the authority, propose disciplinary action against the employees.
∎ Allocation of responsibilities among the subordination.
∎ Monitoring Health & Safety, environment and others compliance issue.
∎ Follow up Daily HR, Administration and other housekeeping related activities of the company.
∎ To keep records of all incoming and outgoing documents.
∎ Besides, performance of any other activities assigned by the management.
