Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement HR strategies considering the short and long-term objectives of the company·
∎ Support in implementing recruitment process to attract the right talent for the right positions providing the right benefits to support all concerned associates of DOREEN
∎ Support in developing, improving and implementing effective policy and efficient process to provide up to the mark, accurate and timely HR operational services to all employees through a cost effective method
∎ Monitor development and implementation of organizational plan, talent nurturing, performance appraisal management and organizational development strategy by aligning people and process with the strategic objective of the organization·
∎ Ensure adherence to all compliance related issues and implementation of disciplinary issues and grievance handling
