Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor Degree/M.Com/ BBA/ MBA in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and books of accounts.
∎ Preparing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
∎ Conducting regular internal audits to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
∎ Assisting senior management with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
∎ Handling tax-related matters, including the preparation and filing of tax returns.
∎ Providing support to other departments, as needed, to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar role.
∎ Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and procedures.
∎ Proficient in the use of accounting software, including advanced Excel skills.
∎ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
∎ As per company policy
