∎ Job Overview
∎ The Manager, Business Development will oversee business development activities for the company’s medical college and specialized hospital. This role involves strategic planning, relationship building, and operational coordination to drive growth and ensure the organization achieves its business objectives. Additionally, the Manager will assist the CEO with strategic initiatives and project execution.
∎ Key Responsibilities
∎ Business Development
∎ Develop and execute strategies to expand the medical college’s and specialized hospital’s market presence.
∎ Identify and pursue new opportunities to grow revenue streams, including partnerships, collaborations, and service offerings.
∎ Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and insights.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and corporate clients.
∎ Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations.
∎ Strategic Planning and Execution
∎ Assist the CEO in designing and implementing strategic initiatives to achieve business goals.
∎ Monitor and report on the performance of existing projects and programs.
∎ Analyze key performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
∎ Operational Support
∎ Work closely with department heads to ensure alignment between business development initiatives and operational capabilities.
∎ Oversee the implementation of projects to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
∎ Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
∎ Networking and Representation
∎ Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and meetings.
∎ Act as a liaison between the medical college, specialized hospital, and external partners to foster collaboration.
